In a world characterized by cultural diversity, global interconnection, and growing awareness of the fundamental rights
of each individual, the theme of Human Rights and Social Justice stands as a significant pillar in the quest for societies more
equitable, inclusive, and respectful of human dignity. This intersection transcends geographical boundaries and encompasses a
variety of crucial issues affecting local, national, and international communities. Respect for the dignity of human beings involves
the recognition, fulfillment, and exercise of their rights, assumed as a primary obligation of the States under a comprehensive
understanding that considers the criteria of diversity, equity, and justice. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate
human rights and social justice, through neutrosophic statistics, to contribute to the strengthening of more just and inclusive
societies. The study concluded that the participation of citizens in activities against violations of constitutional rights is a chal
lenge that must be met to overcome the remaining obstacles and achieve a more just and inclusive society.
