Abstract

The Sinos River basin (SRB) is one of the most polluted river basins in Brazil, leading to tigate the impacts and achieve their recoveryquality management through the analysis of the interrelationships among the different factors, which can be difficult given tmultiple connections between the variables involved. In this article, the authorsthod using Neutrosophic elements in AHPenvironmental management to be carried out by the Basin Management Committee of the Sino Riverpossible for modeling the complex system andQuality IndexandusingNeutrosophic Analytical HieSimilarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for ranking scenarios. The methodology exposed in this research shows an improvedmethod to be used by the SRB Committee when planning decisions. Theduring the case study presented.
