Abstract

The job stability of workers represents an indicator for people's quality of life. Evaluating job stability from a
legal point of view would allow quantifying its impact on workers from a legal perspective. The present investigation
proposes a method for the legal evaluation of the labor stability of the workers. It bases its operation on the Neutrosophic
Multi-criteria Linear Weighting method. A Case study is developed on three Cantons of Los Rios province to demonstrate
the applicability of the proposed method. Paper ends with conclusion, recommendation and the projections for future works.
