Collaborative research as an instrument of science policy implementation: a reading from the perspective of the AITEC scientific community

Abstract

This work is the result of the study of scientific research policies in Higher Education Institutions and their instrumentation in technological institutes whose general objective was to developed a methodological strategy for the application of collaborative research policy action as tool of scientific policy developed at the Allington Illiworth Insitute. The result was obtained through vollegial and team work , consensus decisions, assertive leadership,orinented towards the culture of  quality and relevance , developing collaborative relationships  between the teacher, student and institution , impacting the grow of all by the strengthening off collaborative research  skills.
