Management strategies and the management of human talent; Neutrosophy in continuous training models

Abstract
Nowadays many companies, as well as educational institutions are looking for professionals who have: vocation, security, interest and love for work, who demonstrate their skills in the productive field in which they can perform better. The development of human talent is established as the main element, directing personnel to their respective areas of talent, plans and achievements, which will lead to success in the organizations and activities they perform. Once the first step is established, it is possible to achieve the managerial strategies that are used in an organization to achieve favorable results. The purpose of this article is to improve the harmonious coexistence between managers and teaching staff, to solve organizational problems in the management of human talent, improving the strategies established in an institution. A neutrosophical analysis of coherence between managerial strategies and human talent management in educational institutions is presented. In conclusion, matrices will be elaborated where the relationship between managerial strategies and human talent management will be demonstrated, showing the relationship of the variables and the data hypothesis.
