Abstract

Neutrosophy is a new branch of philosophy which studies the origin, nature and scope of neutrality, as well as its interactions with different ideational spectrums. There are many applications of this branch of science to problems of reality, since its use gives us a more complete vision of the problems posed, so its application to the social and legal sciences is useful. In the present research, the factors that limit the application of the principle of the best interest of the child in relation to the maintenance claim will be used in the analysis. Theoretical methods such as the synthetic analytical method, the deductive inductive method and the historical-logical method were used for this purpose. As well as empirical methods such as the interview and the neutrosophic AHP of Saaty. As a result, the hierarchy of the factors that limit the application of the principle of the best interest of the child in relation to the maintenance order was obtained.
