Method for the control of Burnout Syndrome in health per-sonnel in the Province of Manabí

Abstract

Burnout syndrome is a pathological entity characterized by an emotional, psychological and physical disorder due to an inadequate work environment. The present study seeks to establish the prevalence of this pathology in the emergency area of four hospital centers in the province of Manabí. This research proposes the development of a method for the control of burnout syndrome in health personnel in the province of Manabí. It is proposed to carry out a study with a non-experimental design of a cross-sectional analytical type, with a quantitative approach with a survey-type instrument, which is composed of three sections, the first corresponding to informed consent, the second to demographic data and the third where the Maslach burnout inventory will be applied.
