Neutrosophic Cognitive Map for the analysis of cutaneous manifestations in the context of COVID-19 with focus on urticaria and angioedema

Abstract
The last year has been characterized by the registration of multiple cases where the clinical picture is based on the appearance of urticaria with or without angioedema associated with COVID-19 infection. The COVID-19 pandemic was defined as changing people's daily lives, being a viral disease that causes a series of manifestations that trigger an immune response that, if uncontrolled, could lead to multiple organ failure. We define urticaria as a skin lesion that affects the superficial layers of the dermis, while angioedema presents as a self-limited localized and subcutaneous swelling. The relationship between these skin manifestations and COVID-19 infection is scarcely recorded, conditioning the timely diagnosis and correct management of the patient due to the difficulty of establishing a cause-effect relationship. This research describes a solution to the problem posed by developing a method using the Neutrosophic Cognitive Map for the analysis of skin manifestations in the context of COVID-19 with a focus on urticaria and angioedema.
