Neutrosophic multicriteria method for the detection of preintentional homicide and its legal effects
Main Article Content
Abstract
The analysis of the controversial figure of preterintentional crime as established in Ecuadorian and international legislation generates different legal effects in its application. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic multicriteria method for the detection of pre-intentional homicide and its legal effects. The method allows the use of neutrosophic numbers to model uncertainty based on decision criteria identified through expert judgment. As a result, a case base is obtained that feeds the neutrosophic multicriteria method for the detection of preterintentional homicide and its legal effect and that allows the evaluation and classification of new cases for analysis.
