Main Article Content
Abstract
The research deals with a current and novel topic such as the one of harassment at work is the situation in which one or several people exert psychological, physical or any other type of violence on another person within the workplace or outside it, attacking the dignity and psychological, physical or moral integrity, either by belittling the work performed, exerting some kind of repression or disturbance in the functions performed or destroying its reputation, having as main result the abandonment of the harassed person from his workplace. Due to the multidisciplinary nature of this topic, it is approached from a statistical and neutrosophical perspective and that is why the objective is to perform a statistical and neutrosophical descriptive analysis of the knowledge of law students about the moral damage resulting from labor harassment. For the present research, theoretical, empirical and mathematical-statistical methods and techniques were used. The results obtained reveal that the use of nesutrosophy is important to achieve greater precision in the data obtained, guaranteeing the level of reliability of the research.
