Abstract

The unconstitutional divorce, a legal figure that the Ecuadorian legislation does not contemplate as a technical tool that allows people, who so decide, to end the marriage bond, regardless of the causes or reasons that each of them has. The Ecuadorian society and in general any society are in constant transformation and the legal norms that regulate the activities that take place within an evolving society must go hand in hand. That is why the objective of the present work is to apply a neutrosophic linguistic scale for the self-assessment of knowledge about unlawful divorce. Theoretical, empirical and statistical mathematical methods were used for this purpose. The methodology used was mixed qualitative-quantitative with non-experimental research of transversal type. The results obtained reveal that the use of neutrosophic is important to achieve greater precision in the data obtained, guaranteeing the level of reliability of the research.
