Abstract

The research addresses an important topic for the study of the law career as is the case of content related to human rights and rights of peoples against violence and use of force. These are fundamental to be able to practice this profession in the current times of the world and Ecuador in particular. That is why the objective of the research is: to carry out a Neutrosophic statistical analysis of the knowledge of students of the law program of the Universidad Regional Autónoma de Los Andes, Riobamba, about human rights and the rights of the people against violence and the use of force. During the study, theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical methods and techniques were used. In addition, a descriptive type of research was carried out using Neutrosophic techniques. The results obtained reveal that the use of Neutrosophic is important to achieve greater precision in the data obtained, guaranteeing the level of reliability of the research.
