Abstract

The rights of Nature, established within the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, have a fundamental role within Good Living or Sumak Kawsay, which is why it is anticipated that there must be effective judicial protection and greater protection of these by the State. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic multi-criteria method for identifying the violation of the rights of nature in the Chalpatan sector. The method allows the timely classification of the violation of the rights of nature in the sector under study. A study is implemented in which the evaluation and classification is determined with previously stored data. With the application of surveys and interviews, the rights that are violated to nature in the Chalpatan sector were made known.
