Abstract

Psychology 2.0 is understood from the point of view of the technological advances existing in everyday life; and, of a new generation of Internet that its growth is exponential and vertiginous, allowing the creation of contents at giant steps. These two points of view allow Psychology to be looked at in a different way without entering into the therapeutic process, making a special emphasis on the way this profession has been carried so far. Therefore, by linking the practice of psychology to the basic elements of Web 2.0, the requirement goes beyond the simple use of technology, it becomes a situation of commitment, adaptation and making this practice a transversal element in the work of psychologists. Health in Ecuador since 2022 has entered a process of digital transformation with elements that point to infrastructure and operability. During the research, methods and techniques of both theoretical, empirical and mathematical statistical levels were used. In order to know the relevance, postulates of neutrosophy were assumed, as this is a discipline that allows precision analysis with respect to decision making. Hence, the objective of the research is oriented towards: using neutrosophical tools in the evaluation of the use of Psychology 2.0 for health professionals in the context of e-health. The results obtained reveal the high level of relevance of the proposal.
