Neutrosophic method for evaluation in membership management at AAPFT gym in Ambato City

Abstract

Due to the dissatisfaction of the clients of the AAPFT gym in the city of Ambato, a decrease in the number of active members has been evidenced, which causes the loss of members, negatively affecting the reputation. This problem results in lower monthly income for the gym, which makes it difficult to cover operating expenses and improve the services offered, putting long-term financial stability at risk. The present research aims to develop a neutrosophic method for the evaluation of membership management at the AAPFT gym in the city of Ambato. As a result, a computer system was obtained that allows the management of active members. Timely decision-making that mitigates the real risk of the gym closing due to the inability to maintain profitable operations.
