Neutrosophic nalysis of the perspectives of HMI systems as an expression of a new ergonomics
Main Article Content
Abstract
HMI technology uses sensors, robotics, software, wireless systems, machine to machine (M2M) learning, or other technologies to collect and analyze information. With the increase of automation and providing intelligence to the processes, the human-machine interaction tends to decrease in quantity, since it is not necessary to monitor the process regularly, however, when a machine predicts or detects an anomaly in the process that is not capable of solving, human intervention will be essential. Therefore, HMI systems must be robust, reliable and durable, especially when the workers are going to interact with these technologies in environments under uncertainty, constituting an expression of a new ergonomics. For this reason, this research aims to determine the perspectives and challenges that HMI systems establish as an expression of a new ergonomics. For the proposed objective, we use Neutrosophy, which is useful to obtain a greater interpretability of linguistic expressions
