Abstract

With the invention of new technologies,the competition elevatesin market. Therefore, it creates more difficulties for consumer to select the right smart phone.Inthis paper,a new approach is proposed to select smart phone, in which environment of decision-making is MCDM.Firstly, an algorithm is proposed in which problem is formulated in the form of neutrosophic soft setand then solved withgeneralized fuzzy TOPSIS (GFT).Secondly, rankings are compared with [10]. Finally, it is concluded that proposed approach is applicable in decision-making where uncertainty and imprecise information-basedenvironment is confronted. In future, this evolutionary algorithmcan be used alongwith other methodologies to solve MCDM problems.
