Abstract
The challenge of the global epidemiological situation from the end of 2019 to the present, has forced the development of virtual classes replacing face-to-face classes in the higher educational context, for strict compliance with social distancing measures and achieving the decrease in positive cases in relation to the SARS-CoV-2 virus, as well as human losses that it has brought with it and the spread of the referred virus. This pandemic, in general, has caused a great psychological, social and cultural impact on the learning carried out by the student in university training when assuming the challenges of responding to the orientations that differ from the intellectual and professional traditions in Cuba. This research proposes a neutrosophic method to evaluate the implementation of virtual classes in times of COVID-19. A descriptive, observational, cross-sectional methodology is applied. The research implements the neutrosophic expert criterion for evaluation and decision. The experimentation is carried out based on experiences and educational practices in the Bachelor of Computer Education, University of Cienfuegos "Carlos Rafael Rodríguez".
