Abstract

The professional improvement of teachers in neuroscience and their contributions to education is a necessity, while knowledge about the structure and functioning of the brain will give the teacher the basis or foundation to undertake a new teaching-learning style. , a new environment in the classroom and most importantly, a new opportunity for the comprehensive and human development of your student. The analyzes carried out in relation to the study of professional improvement for teachers in neurosciences and their contributions to education show the insufficient knowledge of teachers that they have in this regard. The degree of compliance with an indicator of the quality of professional improvement of teachers is expressed through a direct relationship of the performance of neutrality representing a domain of neutrosophic values to model uncertainty. The implementation of Soft Computing techniques has been used to represent uncertainty in decision-making processes of this nature. This research describes a solution to the problem raised through the development of a method for the recommendation of professional improvement of teachers in Neurosciences and their contributions to education. For which theoretical and empirical methods were used, which led to obtain results related to the potentialities and needs of teachers in neuroscience and their contributions to education. The results obtained in the implementation of the strategy of professional improvement for teachers in neuroscience and their contributions to education, demonstrated its effectiveness as a way of improvement in relation to their knowledge, skills and attitudes.
