Neutrosophic method for assessing the legality control of administrative acts

Abstract

This article is framed in the most significant results of an investigation carried out on the control of legality, on the acts of the public administration, for which it is based on the generalities of Administrative Law and Administrative Act, where it was possible to verify a great social concern regarding the absence of control. The administrative act constitutes the most frequent mode of action of the administration, hence its great importance. The administrative act has in its favor the presumption of legitimacy, having that character in its favor ratifies its right to defense that our Constitution protects. This research aims to develop a neutrosophic method using expert criteria to estimate the control of legality of administrative acts. In this way, what the public administration and the legal system seek is to guarantee the principle of legality in the development of administrative acts, in Ecuador it is possible to exercise legality in administrative acts through administrative headquarters, through administrative resources tives, it can also be exercised through judicial channels through the filing of actions before the Contentious-Administrative Courts, finally through a constitutional control.
