Neutrosophical statistical analysis of the right to work and informal workers in the city of Babahoyo in the year 2022

Abstract
This research is based on a normative analysis regarding the right to work and informal workers, which is called as something detrimental for people with informal jobs since this is not protected by the legal framework and is not remunerated. In Ecuador, Article 33 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador states that "Work is a right and a social duty, and an economic right, a source of personal fulfillment and the basis of the economy. The State shall guarantee working people full respect for their dignity, a decent life, fair remuneration and retribution, and the performance of healthy and freely chosen or accepted work". This research determined the factors that influence the violation of the right to work of informal workers. For this reason, in order to go deeper into this topic, Neutrosophic tools are used, which allows giving robustness to the results. That is why the objective of the research is: to carry out a Neutrosophic statistical analysis on the right to work and informal workers in the city of Babahoyo in the year 2022. The methodology used was mixed qualitative-quantitative, affirmed under the descriptive, bibliographic, correlational types of research. In order to be able to apply the methods, a preparation of the entities involved in the research was carried out in order to achieve a correct implementation of the methods. The results obtained reveal that the use of Neutrosophic is important to achieve greater precision in the data obtained, guaranteeing the level of reliability of the research.
