Neutrosophic method to determine the needs of preventive maintenance in TICs

Abstract

Information technologies are integrated into all the activities that people do today. Computer support is extended through numerous application systems that support the fulfillment of work functions. However, sometimes technologies break down causing delays in the management of administrative processes. The present investigation proposes as a solution to the problem posed by the development of a method to determine the needs of preventive maintenance. The method models the problems by means of neutral numbers and generates as an output, the maintenance needs.
