Abstract

The relationship established by the campaign formulations of the candidates for municipal mayors in the city of Babahoyo with the development and territorial planning plans constituted the central theme of this study. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic multicriteria method for evaluating the activities in the work plans of the mayoral candidates of the city of Babahoyo. The method bases its operation on neutrosophic numbers to model uncertainty. It uses information aggregation operators for evaluation and decision. As a result, the proposed method was implemented, where it was possible to demonstrate its applicability to evaluate the activities in the work plans of the mayoral candidates.
