Abstract
Osteosarcoma is defined as a malignant sickle cell sarcoma, which is distinguished by producing osteoid matrix that is also described as non-mineralized bone. The objective of this research is to develop a multi-criteria neutrosophic method to evaluate the implementation of the goal achievement model in pediatric patients with osteosarcoma. The proposed method bases its operation on a multi-expert multi-criteria approach with the use of neutrosophic numbers. The application of the proposed method is carried out as a case study through a situational diagnosis, based on methods such as scientific observation and documentary analysis, data were obtained in a scientific manner. Scientific Observation was used as methods and techniques of the empirical level of knowledge because the patient under investigation will be directly observed to record the information for later interpretation, obtaining results from the study being carried out. History and Informed Consent were used as research instruments. After applying the method, it was confirmed that for a patient to obtain positive results in their treatment, it is important that there is joint work, that is, the entire health team. An assessment of the patient was carried out using the systems of Imogen King's theory, assessing the personal, interpersonal and social system. The model for achieving goals was implemented for a pediatric patient with osteosarcoma, based on a clinical case.
