Neutrosophic assessment for evaluation in the nursing care of patients with immediate postoperative gastric bypass surgery complications
Main Article Content
Abstract
Obesity is a risk factor that can trigger various diseases and, in its morbid form, is one of the main causes of death. The initial treatment consists of adopting a healthy diet and doing physical activity. However, when these measures are not sufficient, surgical interventions are considered, with gastric bypass being one of the most effective methods. This procedure not only shows positive results in weight loss, but also improves metabolism and promotes adequate insulin release, which reduces complications associated with diabetes. This study aims to develop a method to evaluate nursing care in patients who present surgical complications in the immediate postoperative period after gastric bypass. Neutrosophic assessment is presented as a valuable tool to offer specific and direct care to these patients, ensuring that all their needs are addressed. In addition, personalized education on post-surgical care will be provided to ensure your comfort and promote effective recovery, which will contribute to reducing the number of days of hospitalization.
