Main Article Content
Abstract
The right to enhanced job stability is crucial to protect vulnerable people in the workplace from abuse of public power. This right implies guaranteeing continuity of employment and preventing unfair dismissals. To address the vulnerability of rights, it is necessary to address legal regulations, speed up judicial processes and train authorities in human rights. This research aims to develop a neutrosophic method to assess the right to enhanced job stability against abuse of public power. The rights of vulnerable people in this context are supported by international, regional and national instruments, so the Public Administration plays a fundamental role in protecting job stability, and must act impartially and efficiently, being important to be able to point out that, in case of abuse, there are legal mechanisms such as the protective action to protect rights.
