Abstract

The present research aims to develop a Neutrosophic Method to determine the rate of violation of the right to life of those deprived of liberty in the coastal prison of the city of Guayaquil. The violation of the right to life of individuals deprived of liberty is a central concern in any society, since this fundamental right, enshrined in multiple legal and human rights instruments, faces various threats in the prison context. The research focuses on identifying and evaluating the manifestations of this violation, which may include physical violence, lack of access to adequate medical care and precarious living conditions. Methodological tools are proposed that allow a comprehensive evaluation of the different dimensions of vulnerability, considering both quantitative and qualitative aspects. By applying the Neutrosophic Method, the aim is not only to measure the degree of violation, but also to provide a framework for the analysis of social injustices, discrimination and criminal conditions that affect this population. The results of this research are intended to contribute to a better understanding of the situation in prisons and to promote the implementation of public policies that guarantee respect for the right to life and better conditions for prisoners, thus promoting a more just and equitable society.
