Abstract
The present research aims to develop a method for the gastronomic characterization of the typical restaurants of the city of Ambato, province of Tungurahua. It uses a multi-criteria multi-expert approach. The degree of compliance with a criterion is expressed through a direct relationship of the neutrality performance representing a domain of neutrosophic values to model uncertainty. The implementation of Soft Computing techniques has been used to represent uncertainty in decision-making processes of this nature. The research has been carried out in order to achieve the characterization and gastronomic recommendation of the typical restaurants of the city of Ambato, province of Tungurahua.
