Abstract

This research article focuses on the topic of "The best interests of the child and accountability regarding child support payments that exceed a unified basic salary." The general objective is to design a Draft Law with a reformative character towards the Organic Code of Childhood and Adolescence (CONA), which allows the provider of child support to access the right to accountability in relation to the child support payments under their responsibility, in order to determine their proper utilization. The study incorporates the use of neutrosophic document summaries, which enables the extraction of crucial infor- mation from a document while considering the inherent uncertainty and ambiguity of the data. The findings emphasize the indispensable nature of child support rights in the lives of children and adolescents, as they fulfill their basic needs. However, it is recognized that in cases where child support payments exceed a unified basic salary, there is the possibility of diverting their use for unintended purposes. To address this legal gap, it is considered necessary to establish a Model Reformative Draft Law. By integrating the principles of neutrosophic document summaries, this research contributes to a comprehensive under- standing of the complex dynamics involved in child support issues that exceed a unified basic salary. The proposed Draft Law aims to ensure transparency, accountability, and proper utilization of child support payments, ultimately safeguarding the best interests of the child.
