Abstract

The investigation carried out, with respect to the rights of working women who are pregnant, is essential in these times. Worldwide there are studies on the conditions and needs of women who work out of necessity or in many cases, to develop as a professional. In the present study it is identified that the law does not give a total response to women who are in this condition, for this reason the study is to determine the factors that affect judicial protection in terms of untimely dismissals of pregnant women and the effects of protection of the law. Neutrosophic statistics were obtained as a method, which gave an overview of the legal status of working women in a state of pregnancy, in addition, a solution proposal was made with the analysis as a result of proposing a reform to artículo 195 of the Labor Code.
