Abstract

A stroke happens when blood flow to a part of the brain stops. Sometimes called a "brain attack." If blood flow stops for more than a few seconds, the brain cannot receive nutrients and oxygen; For this reason, protocols and procedures for sanitary action have been drawn up. In the event of a cerebrovascular accident, the treatment carried out by the nursing staff is of vital importance. The objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic multicriteria method for the evaluation of nursing care for hospitalized patients with stroke. The method bases its operation on neutrosophic numbers to model uncertainty. It uses information aggregation operators for evaluation and decision. As a result, the application of the method is implemented where it was possible to demonstrate its applicability.
