Neutrosophical study on effective cooperation and its contribution to the clarification of investigated criminal acts
Main Article Content
Abstract
Effective cooperation is an agreement made between the Prosecutor's Office and the defendant, with the purpose of benefiting from a proportional reduction of the penalty, precisely to determine who are the authors and accomplices of a certain crime. For a better explanation of the problem, the neutrosophical approach is assumed and for this reason the objective of the present work is oriented towards a neutrosophical study on effective cooperation and its contribution in the clarification of the criminal facts investigated. The methodology used was mixed qualitative-quantitative, affirmed under the descriptive and transversal types of research. The study used theoretical, empirical and statistical mathematical methods. Once these were applied, results were obtained that attest to the scientific character and validity of the study presented.
