Abstract

The investigation addresses the voluntary procedure, divorce or termination of a de facto union by mutual consent, when there are dependent children and their situation regarding possession, visits and alimony is not previously resolved. The research proposes the development of a neutrosophic multi-criteria method for the evaluation of possession, visits and alimony in the process of divorce or termination of a de facto union. The proposed method bases its operation on a multi-criteria approach to evaluation. The proposal favors the evaluation of basic indicators in the process of divorce or termination of a de facto union. The mixed approach, type of analytical research, documentary analysis, was used to review everything related to payment by consignment and accountability in a voluntary procedure.
