Method for the recommendation of access to health care at the Santo Domingo Female Deprivation of Liberty Center No. 2
Main Article Content
Abstract
Health is the foundation for achieving an adequate level of social well-being. The right to health has been considered an indispensable axis for the rehabilitation and subsequent social reintegration of persons deprived of liberty. Based on this, the objective has been to develop a method for the recommendation of access to health in the Women's Deprivation of Liberty Center (CPL) No. 2 of Santo Domingo. This method allowed the realization of a critical legal analysis of the fulfillment of the constitutional right, regarding a preferential and specialized treatment, for women deprived of liberty in the Women's CPL No. 2 of Santo Domingo. The degree of fulfillment of an indicator of the quality of health care is expressed through a direct relationship of the neutrality performance representing a domain of neutrosophic values to model uncertainty. The implementation of Soft Computing techniques has been used to represent uncertainty in decision-making processes of this nature. It was clearly determined that the dimensions of the right to health applied in the female prison context of Canton Santo Domingo are vulnerable to the special treatment of their gender, consequently, a series of rights that refer to the integrity of women deprived of liberty are contravened.
