Abstract

In the city of Tulcán, the presence of immigrants has been observed in various places, many of whom are in vulnerable situations and ask for financial help to feed themselves. Most of these migrants are accompanied by minors, who face various types of discrimination and violations of the rights established in the Constitution. The present research aims to implement a Neutrosophic Multicriteria Method for the evaluation of the violation of the rights of migrant minors in the city of Tulcán. The results included important information provided by a member of a non-governmental organization, who shared his perspective as someone dedicated to helping these people. In conclusion, the urgency of implementing public policies that promote and guarantee the rights of migrants is highlighted, emphasizing the need to raise awareness in this regard.
