Multineutrosophic analysis for the design of functional dental devices based on the Camper plane
Main Article Content
Abstract
Dental orthopedics has optimized masticatory function through the use of flat bite planes, whose effectiveness depends on precise fabrication based on the Camper plane. Consequently, this study aimed to promote the use of the Camper plane as a diagnostic and therapeutic reference by means of a multineutrosophic analysis that integrates technical, economic, and human variables. The methodology enabled an evaluation of how these dimensions influence the functionality and applicability of devices guided by the Camper plane, particularly in clinical settings with limited resources. The results demonstrated that accurate orientation of the Camper plane enhances the biomechanical performance of such devices; however, their effectiveness also depends on economic feasibility and clinical acceptance. It was concluded that the use of the Camper plane represents a strategy that improves diagnostic precision and therapeutic quality. Moreover, it supports the sustainable implementation of orthopedic technologies by contributing to more equitable and efficient dental care.
