Neutrosophic method for evaluation in the estimation of production costs in enterprises in the city of Ibarra

Abstract

The management of production costs for entrepreneurs registered with the Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) of Ibarra represents an important activity for local development. The implementation of the Neutrosophic Method will allow for the evaluation of production cost estimates for businesses in the city of Ibarra. The research results highlight the importance of digitalization in business management and the need to strengthen access to technological tools in emerging sectors. It is concluded that the implementation of an application contributes significantly to the operational and financial efficiency of local businesses. The development and evaluation of a mobile application aimed at optimizing production cost management for entrepreneurs registered with the GAD of Ibarra.
