Neutrosophic method to evaluate the crime of cyberbullying and the protection of minors in the Integral Penal Code
Main Article Content
Abstract
The lack of adequate categorization in the Comprehensive Criminal Code increases the vulnerability of minors to cyberbullying. To address this issue, a comparison is made between the legal systems of Germany and Ecuador, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of each. In Ecuador, where there has been a notable increase in internet access in recent years, the lack of specific regulations has exposed children and adolescents to various forms of online harassment. This study aims to develop a neutrosophic method to evaluate the crime of cyberbullying and the protection of minors in the Comprehensive Criminal Code. This multidisciplinary study is based on the comparison of regulations, the critical analysis of criminal categories, and the identification of legal loopholes that facilitate cyberbullying. The findings obtained are intended to serve as a basis for future legal amendments and public policies that strengthen victim protection and prevent the crime of harassment in the Ecuadorian context.
