Neutrosophic Cognitive Map for the evaluation of evidentiary means to deal with crimes and contraventions in urban fauna
Main Article Content
Abstract
The research addresses the importance of care and caution in the treatment of urban fauna, highlighting how evidence can be used by lawyers in cases affecting effective protection. The main objective is to develop a method, through a Neutrosophic Cognitive Map, to evaluate these evidence in relation to crimes and violations related to urban fauna. This article focuses on demonstrating the effectiveness of these means to ensure the protection of animal rights. It is also proposed to include this problem in the Comprehensive Criminal Code, classifying as rights of urban fauna those punishable conducts that affect these living beings, in order to reduce mistreatment and violence towards them, as well as guarantee their protection.
