Neutrosophy method for the analysis of the importance of linguistic courtesy as a function of the development of communication skills
Main Article Content
Abstract
Working for language is also a way to contribute to the full development of man. Perfecting its rules and forms of expression constitutesan act of responsibility and respect for national identity. Reality shows that the problems of communication go beyond the narrow framework of its merely linguistic aspect, conditioned by a social context of great access to digital tech-nologies and foreign cultural influences, which do not always favor cultural development. In this sense, we propose some stra-tegic rules of linguistic courtesy for the development of social skills in the students of the Primary Education career of the Guane municipality, as a contribution to the formation and improvement of the co-municative activity of the student and the correct use of the mother tongue. For this purpose, a participatory diagnosis was applied in the initial phase of the research, where thecognitive, socialand instrumental functions were articulated, based on the use of different methods and techniques, such as participatory action research, participant observation, in-depth interviews, discussion groups, among others. The results are pre-sented as regularities obtained in the diagnosis, from the analysis of linguistic courtesy in the development of social skills in students, keeping in mind its reflective, participatory and transformative character. The results are analyzed through Neutrosophy with the purpose of obtaining a greater interpretability and contributing to the support towards the decision making for the improvement of the development of communicative abilities.
