Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases are one of the most prevalent in the world, and Colombia is no stranger to them. In the Ten-Year Plan for Public Health in Colombia 2012 - 2021, the pillars for disease prevention are outlined and the norms and dimensions for a healthy habitat are defined. Therefore, generating educational and fiscal recommendations is a useful tool that provides knowledge to the social managers in charge of carrying out the route in the Colombian urban communities. After analyzing the results obtained, the effectiveness of the proposal is evident.
