Neutrosophic method for the evaluation of the influence of differentiated drug consumption thresholds on criminal policy
Main Article Content
Abstract
The present research aims to develop a neutrosophic method for the evaluation of the influence of differentiated drug consumption thresholds in criminal policy. To address the impact and implementation of differentiated drug consumption thresholds in the context of criminal and public health policies, the importance of differentiating personal consumption from illicit trafficking is highlighted. To do so, a qualitative methodology was used to identify its use in the monitoring of judicial cases, accompanied by historical-logical, analytical and legal methods of interpretation and integration of the Law, which included a bibliographic review and analysis of policies and legislation from several countries, as well as reflections on the current situation and challenges in Latin America. A case study was implemented to execute the developed neutrosophic method.
