Neutrosophic Cognitive Map for the analysis of severe head injury management
Main Article Content
Abstract
Head trauma is a neurosurgical condition in which an alteration in the brain occurs due to a blow or injury to the head. This condition is characterized by the presence of an alteration in the state of consciousness and/or amnesia due to the trauma, neurological or neurophysiological changes, skull fracture or intracranial lesions attributable to the trauma. The present investigation describes a solution to the problem posed by developing a method using a Neurosophic Cognitive Map for the analysis of the management of severe head trauma. Finally, as described by several authors, there is no single, effective treatment determined for patients with head trauma, since it will depend on the effective clinical practice protocol and the multimodal and individualized approach of these patients.
