Main Article Content
Abstract
In the dental world, attention is given to each of the problems present in patients suffering from affectations and discomforts, which can be resolved with adequate treatment. This research describes a solution to the problem raised by developing a method using Neutrosophic Cognitive Mapping for the analysis of stomatognathic incidents at the TRUEDENT Dental Specialty Center. The qualitative-quantitative method facilitated the analysis of the information in which the authors treat the information based on surveys, in addition, there is a need to provide care adapted to the needs and preferences of the users based on the results obtained. The research facilitates the way to address how it should be administered, during and after the care provided from a management point of view at the administrative and dental level. The limitations of the study were the points or metrics to which the patients were subjected, because non-conventional symptoms typical of dentistry are not present within the study.
