I study neutrosophic on the application Web Motive for the Administration of Processes under Hierarchical Levels in the Municipal Gad of the Blunt canton

Abstract

The present project is focused in solving the problems related with the documentation handling that it is taken in a manual and inappropriate way. For the elaboration of the project he/she was carried out an investigative study focused in the cuali-quantitative paradigm, he/she begins with a bibliographical summary of different thematic that sustain the investigation, accompanied by a field investigation that allowed the gathering of outstanding information by means of interviews and surveys. Starting from the previous investigation, it is presented as objective of the investigation to develop a study neutrosophic on the application Web Motive for the Administration of Processes under Hierarchical Levels in the Municipal Gad of the Blunt canton, using the methodology of software development SCRUM and the development framework IONIC. This allowed generating an application multiplataformas that he/she helped in the administration control and access to the information.
