Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of workplace harassment on the employment relationship, because it is a hostile behavior that can be generated by employers and workers who have a higher rank with the sole purpose of damaging their mental, emotional and physical health. The objective of this research is to develop a method using Neutrosophic Cognitive Map to measure the impact of workplace bullying on the employment relationship. The results of the implementation of the proposed method show that workplace harassment negatively affects the worker's performance because there is a deterioration in his moral and physical integrity; In addition, it affects mental health and relationships with other workers.
