Abstract

Workplace harassment is a legal figure that came into force in Ecuador with the promulgation of the Organic Law Reforming the LOSEP and the Labor Code, to prevent and eradicate workplace harassment. In this research, the development of a multicriteria neutrosophic method is proposed for the evaluation of the effects of workplace harassment and the lack of applicability of the Ecuadorian law. The proposed method bases its operation on a multicriteria approach to evaluation. The proposal favors the evaluation of the effects of harassment in the labor sector. To do so, workplace harassment is addressed from a descriptive perspective based on its violation of the constitutional right to the psychological integrity of the victim and, therefore, the violated rights of the worker.
