Abstract
The scarcity of water as a natural resource today, which has resulted in pollution and excessive use of water, has generated anxiety and anguish in people at the idea of losing such a valuable means of life forever. Thus, serious problems have been observed for the population, such as displacement of some communities due to conflicts and public health problems and infant mortality. This research implements a method for the neutrosophic evaluation of the intervention of the UN as a multilateral body in the right to water. Aspects of African society are analyzed when dealing with the scarcity of water in its territory and it is also legal dogmatic. It is also considered that its research scope is exploratory, descriptive, correlational, explanatory and predictive.
