Abstract
The main objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic method for evaluating the impact of noncompliance with the normative times established by the General Organic Code of Processes (COGEP) in the summary procedure of food in Ecuador and how this affects due process and effective judicial protection, which represents an important element in constitutional law. The main objective of this research is to develop a neutrosophic method for evaluating the impact of noncompliance with the normative times in the summary procedure of food on due process and effective judicial protection. From the analysis of the impact of delays through specific cases, the need to improve procedural efficiency to guarantee more equitable and effective justice can be identified.
