Neutrosophic Sets and Systems (NSS) complies with all 20 principles as defined by COPE, DOAJ, OASPA, and WAME, and aligns with Scopus’ expectations for responsible and transparent scholarly publishing.

8. Author Fees

There are no fees for submission.
After acceptance, a USD 200 Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to support editorial and publishing services.
Authors from low-income countries may request a full waiver, and waiver status does not affect editorial decisions.


9. Process for Identifying and Addressing Misconduct

The journal strictly follows COPE guidelines to detect and prevent:

  • Plagiarism

  • Data fabrication

  • Citation manipulation

  • Duplicate submissions

Suspected misconduct is investigated transparently and fairly, with corrective actions as needed (retraction, correction, etc.).
